This is the Graphics card or GPU (Graphics Processing Unit)

Do you remember our city, don´t you? Well, the GPU is the responsible if it is raining, is sunny or windy, in this city. In other words, as the name says, the GPU is in charge of process the graphics information. For example, in games you choose the quality of textures, so all that stuff is managed by this component.

Also it has its own RAM, called vRAM (Video RAM).
