This is the power supply.
This component is like "Electricaribe" in our city. it provides the necessary power to each component in the pc (GPU, Fans, LED´s, Motherboard, etc...) So if there were not power supply, the pc could not start.
To choose this component, you have to check the power consumption of the rest of the components.
You can calculate this by seeing how many Watts are needed for the pc to run perfectly.
